Dawn Thomas

"Art has always been my passion. After earning a Master’s degree, I taught Art in High School for 41 years, I retired in 2000 to pursue painting full time.  I work primarily in Transparent Watercolor.  I have a love for New Mexico and spend time there painting each June.One of my retirement goals was to have work selected into National Watercolor Shows.  I am a member of seven state Watercolor Societies and a signature member of three.

I also have had several one woman shows, show in local art events and am president of the Raytown Artist Association."
